Major challenges with framing created major issues for the budget … but when it was all said and done, Mina and her team successfully completed a breathtaking transformation. The renovation included our elegant Smoked American Maple design, a high-contrast look with plenty on knots and sap marks. Episode 2: Secret Sanctuary On Singleton

Mina and her team renovated a home that had been keeping a secret – a secret room, that is. In the process, she used our Lemon Spotted Gum luxury vinyl, creating an eye-catching basketweave pattern in the kitchen. Lemon Spotted Gum is a Karndean LooseLay product, which combines the best features of gluedown flooring (it can be cut and laid in custom patterns) and floating flooring (easy to install, because it doesn’t require full-spread adhesive).
